It is difficult to define what is “inside” and what is “outside” in the Le Riad Bontempo space, designed by Roberto Migotto for CASACOR São Paulo 2018 . This is because “Riad” is a type of Moroccan construction, whose central characteristic is the presence of an internal courtyard, a poignant demonstration of integration with nature.

The palette is composed of yellowish, desert tones interspersed with greenish dots, alluding to an oasis. On the ceiling, traditional muxarabiés help create the place's identity. The furniture was meticulously chosen and custom-made: the marble dining table, the high-gloss lacquer cabinets, the Adélia chair, created by designer Bruno Faucz and the large green velvet sofa are just some of the highlights.

Works of art are also numerous in the space. In the living room, an organic sculpture by artist Angelo Venosa occupies one of the walls; the library has a photograph by Isacc Julien and the suite has wallpaper with graphics by Celina Dias.

The Riad's courtyard is the place of celebration. The person responsible for creating the landscaping project was Luiz Carlos Orsini and it has a water mirror covered with hydraulic tiles.
