The view from this apartment is more than privileged: from here you can see the
Lagoon , a piece of the
Atlantic Forest and
Christ the Redeemer . In other words, highlighting the landscape and modernizing the
142 m² layout for the couple with two daughters were the goals of the renovation signed by
Ketlein Amorin , from the
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro cast.
The family has homely habits, likes a
clean and modern style and values functionality and coziness in their spaces. Among the requests was a
master suite with a bathtub and a generous closet , as well as an
integrated kitchen with an island and a
gas grill to enjoy with friends.
The apartment's new
layout includes an entrance hall that connects the bedroom, closet and
bathroom , taking advantage of the forest view and ensuring privacy for the couple.
The suite, now spacious and comfortable, was designed to be a multifunctional space, with a small integrated office and a bathtub positioned to enjoy natural light.
The kitchen was integrated into the dining room in the form of a peninsula, with
sliding doors that allow the space to be opened or closed as needed. And the best part: the room also enjoys the stunning view.
In the laundry room, the utility room was relocated and resized to suit the family's new lifestyle, further expanding the room.
In the decor, the Helga dining chairs, designed by
Estudiobola , and the yellow armchairs by designer
Ronald Sasson are highlights in the living room. The integration of modern elements, such as aluminum, mirror and glass, with light tones and blue details, contributes to the contemporary and welcoming atmosphere.
