For those who like a small and very well decorated square meter, you cannot miss visiting the Hub Smart Home- Fontana environment by architects Daniela Viena and Lilian Maravai at Janelas CASACOR, Santa Catarina edition . The environment, which has been a favorite for those who live alone, focuses on the concept of a new home.
The tight space, which, for some, would be a problem, was the difference for the architect duo. With planning, the professionals proved that lean footage can provide all the necessary comfort and functionality. The idea of integration was fundamental: the rooms talk to each other, without a clear division of walls; An example is the television, which can be in the living room or bedroom.
Elements such as iron, with an industrial footprint, contrast with the nature of the stone and the warmth of wood. The color palette alternates between classic light and dark, with touches of color, bringing harmony to the space. Finally, a light touch of vegetation makes the environment pleasant to look at.
The black and gray bathroom, with copper details, brings elegance and reinforces the industrial style. The kitchen highlights the brightness of the dishes through LED lighting on the shelves.
In the bedroom, the wall that frames the bed receives a three-dimensional covering, enhanced by the occasional lighting. The hollow shelf ensures that the occupant is not isolated from the rest of the Hub.
