If you have an environment that is here to stay and that has once and for all conquered its space within our homes, this is the
home office . The distance work modality gained a special look from professionals at the
4th edition of CASACOR Ribeirão Preto , where three environments bring ideas and trends for those looking for a space for their professional routine – with comfort, design and technology. Izabel Maynart e Valter Felix - Studio do Coolhunter. At
Studio Cool Hunter , architects and urban planners
Valter Felix and
Izabel Maynart opted for simplicity by making room for
colors and materials found in nature , such as corten steel, concrete and marble. With a preference for
warm tones , the space has sliding doors in natural wood with a design that gives the effect of a breeze, breaking the intensity of the external light.
Architect
Marcela Tiraboschi made a point of giving the
office a
home- like atmosphere. With an extensive range of colors, materials and finishes, your
coworking space offers versatile solutions, suitable for any type of project. “I sought a more sophisticated and elegant style for a work environment that is
stimulating for well-being and creativity . I thought it was important to give a feeling of ‘home’ to the place where we spend most of the day.”
The
rustic stones mark the decor with sophistication and the
wood brings comfort, as does the indirect lighting – functional light points highlight the work islands and meeting tables.

Another bet for the home office is within the
Casa Argilla project, by
Manarelli Guimarães . Next to a residential
living room , the corporate environment features an area to receive employees and hold meetings independently from home, without losing the essence of being a
collaborative, coexistence and comfortable space . “When we created Casa Argilla we planned this dynamic of having
a residential side and a corporate side , mainly due to people’s new way of life. We opted for a volume to show the public that in a residence there is the possibility of having an office functioning as
an office and with all the functionalities that the environment requires”, comment the professionals at Manarelli Guimarães.

The project's corporate space is linked to a garden that communicates with the living room, where people can see the social life of the house, but at the same time
have the privacy necessary for the office – with delimitation of space, sound and freedom to work without need to move around other rooms. “It’s a way of life that we believe is the way.”
