An industrial atmosphere , with contrasting colors and a clever mix of textures was the result of the design of the Alla Torre Pizzeria restaurant located in the largest Chinese city, Shanghai. Designed by Fernando Brandão , the space is full of style without sacrificing comfort. The project features contemporary elements combined with vibrant colors. Red and green feature prominently in the interior with the intention of conveying a true Italian atmosphere to visitors.
Although his goal was to create a super cozy restaurant , there is no denying that Fernando Brandão's project has a contemporary design . Investing in industrial elements was the way to create this counterpoint to add a touch of innovation to the space. To do this, , the architect invested in exposed bricks in a large part of the environment.

“In addition, it brought in very intimate lighting, guaranteed by the set of pendants, which create direct light over the tables.”

For the façade, the architect incorporated a mix of wood and stone, which provides a contrast between rustic elements, but which contributes to creating the desired Italian and modern atmosphere from the outside.

The goal of creating a more welcoming space in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city did not ignore the essence of living in a large metropolis. And so, Brandão thought of every detail to serve the establishment's future customers. "It's a restaurant Italian in the city's main financial center, the last street restaurant in this central area, and its target audience is the city's executives”, says the architect.
