The
Japandi style – which combines
Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian design – permeates this
53 m² apartment designed by
Studio Monfré , led by architect Thais Monfré, in Pinheiros (SP). The owners, both doctors, were looking for more comfort and practicality in their home.
The renovation included replacing all floor and wall finishes, electrical rewiring, complete carpentry, painting, plaster ceiling and new lighting. The structural changes were planned to optimize the reduced spaces, integrating environments and maximizing functionality.
In terms of furniture, highlights include the solid wood table by
Fernando Jaeger , the Clip armchair and the
Alessandra Delgado sofa.
