The gourmet space of this
400 m² house has a privileged view: from there, you can enjoy the city of Belo Horizonte through the large glass walls and the outdoor area with a pool. The project, designed by
Phil Pinheiro and Carla Cruz , from
Estúdio Sala , sought to follow a contemporary, integrated and
clean style, designed to receive guests and enjoy family time.
"We made a structural change, where we extended a floor slab made of
steel deck and also created a roof with the same type of structure to expand the gourmet space", explain the professionals.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen also has a
wine cellar , a projector for watching clips at night and
cross ventilation created by large sheets of glass that do not obstruct the view of the city.
Outside, next to the
pool , a large
vertical garden on the wall occupies a space of more than 9 m in length.
Also noteworthy are the imported wall lights and the raw travertine table designed by Estudio Sala.
