CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2023: cozy suites mark the edition

What is your favorite place in the world? Many people answer “ my bedroom ”. This is the space in the house where comfort becomes the main focus, having the power to provide restorative nights of rest and pleasant moments at all hours of the day. A great example of this are the suites that are part of the circuit of the 31st edition of CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul , which takes place in the heart of the Bela Vista neighborhood, in Porto Alegre. When visiting the exhibition, the first suite we come across is the one designed by Paula Lino, from Lino Arquitetura . Its name already gives a preview of what it has to offer: Espaço Abbraccio invites self-care, featuring curved lines and organic shapes that refer to the human body – our first home. The space is also full of exclusivity, containing pieces developed by the office. Among them, a curved headboard measuring 2.68 meters wide and a rounded bookcase made of wood-effect melamine, which adds elegance and a welcoming feel to the space, stand out. The 38m² space also features a beautiful dressing room and an exquisite bathroom with pieces by Deca . The Morada Serena suite, in turn, also uses fluid elements to bring serenity to the bedroom. In 41m², architect Melina Knopp created a welcoming and sophisticated space. As soon as you enter the room, one of its greatest highlights becomes apparent: the natural stone extends extensively across the main wall. Additionally, a deep soaking tub has been strategically positioned next to the room’s large window, bathing it in beautiful natural light and providing the perfect atmosphere for reconnecting with yourself. A fireplace, a large rug and carefully chosen aromas complete the sensorial experience, bringing even more comfort to the space. Finally, the exhibition circuit in Porto Alegre also features a breathtaking guest suite. Named Suíte Bem Viver , the space designed by architect Erika Listo is an oasis full of intimacy and warmth . Despite being minimalist , the bedroom opposes the traditional coldness and rigidity of the style by using large wooden panels, a comfortable armchair and an inviting bed.
