Designed by Raiz Arquitetura , by the architect duo Alexandre Ferraz and Elias Souza, the Sangalli beach house, located in Riviera de São Lourenço, on the coast of São Paulo, was created with the implementation of the residence block in the shape of an "L" on a plot of land measuring approximately 1,098 m² .

The acquisition of a privileged plot of land meant that the residential block was used as a barrier to the west , providing only the morning and winter sun in the leisure, sports and rest areas.

Since this is a beach residence, the premise used was practicality and comfort. Thus, forthe interior design, three main concepts were defined: internal/external integration, functionality and comfort.

The high ceiling , combined with the large open openings and glass frames, brings abundant natural lighting , offering clarity to the entire social area of the house and, consequently, a feeling of spaciousness and even greater integration between the interiors.

In the private areas, located on the upper floor, the highlight is the master suite.

The master bedroom has a large closet integrated into the bathroom , and a secluded balcony that offers a privileged view of the leisure area and the natural forest surrounding the residence.
