[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paSN9j5Nag0] The Unusual Kitchen is an initiative of CASA COR Minas Gerais 2016 that combines gastronomy and scenography in an environment capable of promoting experiences that stir the senses of visitors - taste, smell, sight and touch! During the exhibition period, the space will host a gastronomic intervention project led by Chef Gabriel Trillo, Gabi Braga and Sérgio Figueiredo and will have workshops taught by chefs. The program takes place at Cristina Menezes' Cozinha Conceito . The project prioritizes the view of the waterfront and was designed with a symmetrical layout, with parallel countertops 5 m long each, which disguise all the utensils.
