relaxation of the body and mind . "With the excess of information that we are bombarded with every day, we need more than ever a room that welcomes us and calms our mind. To do this, avoiding TV and leaving your cell phone outside are habits that help. Architecture designs the ideal place, but we also have our part to play in changing unhealthy habits", comments architect

Natural materials

Natural materials are unlikely to disappear any time soon, as they offer several benefits for the health of the home and, consequently, for those who live there. "Opt for
natural wood instead of melamine products. The
natural texture brings much more comfort , not only aesthetically, but also explores the issue of touch. Even more so in times of so many screens," he comments.
Textured headboard

The textures with
volume on the headboard bring power to add comfort and are also super elegant. In the Abraço suite, the architect chose
bouclé , a touch-sensitive and voluminous fabric in its
Off White tone. Light and neutral tones are also a recommendation. architect's bonus to make the environment welcoming.

Betting on natural lighting is the secret to an
airy bedroom . In her Abraço suite, Mariana opted for a
window system with fully opening sashes . "The sun's rays bring life to the room," she says.

Rugs (especially those with natural coverings) complement the feeling of comfort. "Opt for natural weaves, such as cotton and sisal, which
offer visual comfort while also warming up the space . Rugs also help with acoustics, which is so important for relaxation areas," emphasizes the architect.
