It couldn't be any other way... with the Brando Barbosa Residence transformed into a charming boutique hotel in this 32nd edition of CASACOR Rio , the beds really had to steal the show. Present in most of the 44 spaces of the Rio de Janeiro exhibition – there are nine external bungalows , in addition to three suites inside the house –, the furniture appears in the most different forms. But, it is the shorter ones that have been awakening an almost uncontrollable desire to lie down and forget about life. After all, they give an almost nest-like sensation .

This is the case, for example, of the model chosen by Hannah Cabral and Monique Pampolha for their Oriel Suite : the Foldable Bed, by designer Guilherme Wentz , which references the gesture of folding a soft material.

In the Presidential Suite , designed by Gisele Taranto , the bed is super exclusive. It was created especially for the show by designer Jader Almeida who, at the architect's request, used very comfortable fabrics such as bouclé and linen.
Adriana Esteves - NA.MORADA. Projeto da CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2023.

Adriana Esteves - NA.MORADA.

In the Na.Morada suite, one of the external bungalows, Adriana Esteves opted for a large mattress on a carpeted platform. An unusual way to create a cozy corner that exudes sensuality.

At the Deca Pavilion , by João Panaggio , the chosen piece is the Matrix, another creation by Jader Almeida, this time made of wood. There, the bed is framed by the gardens, creating an even greater sense of well-being. Would you say you didn't feel like spending a lazy afternoon in any of them?
