The
walk-in wine cellar in this
300 m² apartment also functions as a divider: on its sides, sliding doors separate the TV room and the private area of the
300 m² apartment designed by the
Figueiredo Fischer Arquitetos office, part of
CASACOR São Paulo . The residents, a young couple with two small children, wanted a cozy home with living spaces for family time.

To achieve the final
layout , the office knocked down several walls that divided the property and also leveled the floor, creating integrated and spacious spaces. To increase the coziness,
bleached oak wood is present in all the rooms.

"The highlight is the
carpentry , a point we really enjoyed working on: we created a division between the TV room, private area and living room with the volume of the wine cellar and bar. We left the
kitchen and pantry very neutral and light to create a more pleasant and spacious feeling", conclude the professionals.
