Carnival is already here and there is still time to plan to enjoy the long weekend with activities beyond the parades and street parties. And for those who are in São Paulo and looking for lighter activities , it is worth taking advantage of the gastronomic programs offered by these restaurants spread throughout the city that will be open.

Guillotine Bar Guilhotina Bar , which was ranked 15th best bar in the world in 2019 by 50's Best, will be extending its opening hours during Carnival. On Sundays and Mondays during Carnival, the bars will be open from 6pm to 1am. The highlight is the Highball Tropical drink, which offers a citrusy and refreshing experience for this heat, with notes of pineapple, sparkling wine and Tahiti lime, perfect to accompany the bacon croquettes. Hostel Located in Mooca, chef Fellipe Zanuto 's Hospedaria offers a menu full of dishes that evoke the roots of the Italian immigrants who shaped the neighborhood, providing a culinary experience full of nostalgia and affection. The highlight is the Parmegiana da Nonna made with angus milanesa with daily pasta and creamy cheese baked in a wood fire, accompanied by two beers. The restaurant's second location is located in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood and will also be open during the holiday.
