The
apartment of
100 m² in Alto da Lapa (SP) needed to be modern and cozy for a family with a child. "From the original layout, we didn’t need to change much. The biggest change is in the integration of the rooms, incorporating the large 'L' shaped balcony," says architect
Ricardo Abreu, who is responsible for the project and is part of the lineup of
CASACOR São Paulo.

kitchen also expanded by invading the living area, better accommodating all the equipment desired by the clients.

We sought to explore some original structural elements, removing the plaster from a pillar in the living room. The exposed concrete contrasts with the predominance of metal elements. Iron and glass structures are quite present throughout the property," the professional adds.

The color palette follows the clients' request for few elements:
black appears in details and white predominates on the walls.

All the flooring in the social and private areas is covered with wood-pattern vinyl. Green appears in the cabinetry of the kitchen and a white artisan ceramic covers the headboard of the bed.
