When the client arrived at the office of architect
Livia Quintella – from the
CASACOR Rio cast –, she requested a spacious project, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. To achieve this, Livia had to redesign the entire interior space of the
800 m² house .
When measuring, Livia says she already had ideas of how the spaces would be modified: walls to be knocked down, unification of environments, colors and textures that would bring the feeling of spaciousness and well-being desired by the client.
“The need for a house with more
natural lighting and ventilation was the guiding principle of the project,” he explains.
To achieve this, large windows and glass doors were highlighted on the façade, providing lighting, ventilation and spaciousness, creating a visual connection between the internal and external areas.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has colors ranging from gray to white.
In the master suite, the highlight is the
headboard wall, framed by mirrors , and the bathtub integrated into the bedroom.
In
the attic, a bedroom with boho-style details creates a welcoming space full of personality.
