The integration was one of the pillars of the renovation of this 76 m² apartment designed by Daniela Funari, part of the
CASACOR SP lineup: the social area – previously segmented by the layout from the 1980s – now encompasses
living and dining rooms, a TV room,
kitchen, bar nook, and balcony. To unite all these elements coherently, the architect applied the same flooring throughout the area: a large-format satin porcelain tile.

The project received a
kitchen with a countertop with a cooktop facing the living area, eliminating any visual barriers that could hinder communication. "We used a sheet on the countertops and as a
backsplash, a slatted covering with the same marbled effect as the sintered sheet," explains the professional, who also included a touch of
burnt cement in one section of the cabinet to evoke even more personality in the project.

Among the modern architectural elements, the professional specified a
metal door with smoked glass to isolate the laundry – a feature that brought discretion without hindering light flow from the kitchen.

Another charm of the project was the care for the family's three cats, especially due to the
German corner included in the dining room: at the bottom, instead of traditional storage trunks, the space turned into small dens where the pets can hide and rest. "We know they love this feeling of not being found," she says.

The dining room also received a mirror that contributed to the spaciousness and a golden pendant light that enhanced the palette of light tones. "The structure was excellent for tasting drinks with the bar cart and the custom wine cellar. And of course, the vertical display cabinet is there to offer the necessary glasses for the moment," says Daniela.

Two
small rooms became the couple's space with an integrated home office, closet, and
bathroom. With the layout change, the bedroom became a complete refuge through the use of intelligent cabinetry.

The highlight is the slatted panel that not only discreetly accommodates the TV but also conceals objects that were previously on display, providing order and sophistication to the projects.

"We implemented three distinct resources, starting with ceiling spots, which provide general and open lighting," observes the professional about the lighting in the bedroom. "We also executed moldings with indirect lighting, providing a softer ambiance, as well as support versions and directed sconces next to the side tables," she concludes.
