For the first time, CASACOR is taking place in Franca, showcasing the best of architecture, design and landscaping in the interior of São Paulo. Included among the 30 environments of the exhibition, the works provoke diverse sensations by enhancing the visitor's experience. Paintings, photographs and sculptures give perspective and personality to projects.
Deise Pucci, Marcelo Diniz and Mateus Finzetto designed the Gallery . It displays five large canvases and four small watercolors, all signed by the professional. They feature themes inspired by aubusson tapestries (fine stitches that feature classic, floral and geometric designs). ) and in the tropical climate, with light colors that contrast with the petroleum blue chosen to paint the walls.
The paintings by architect Marcelo Jordão make up the Gourmet Balcony , designed by him in partnership with architect Camila Jordão and interior designer Beth Barros. There are two oil paintings and twelve drawings that tell the story of Jordão's artistic career, from the end from the 1970s to his most recent creations. In the Reception Lounge, designed by Lopes de Moura Studios, you can see the vibrant colors of the panel by G. Comini, who creates handmade collages with magazine clippings and gift wrap made with a scalpel in millimeter sizes. In the Living Atemporal , designed by Chris Furini and Fabiana Villela, the colors of the painter Paulo Calazans stand out. In the Couple's Bathroom , by Juliana Brigagão and Elaine Queçada, three paintings feature exclusive photographs by Carla Benedini printed on cotton paper.
The work “Aroma”, a 1.90 x 4.5 meter canvas signed by Sandra Freitas, fills one of the walls of Café do Lago , Heloísa Penna’s space.
In the hall of the Banho do Homem , the photograph of a tree at the entrance to Franca (SP) stands out. Surrealist photographs, taken by the German Stefan Gesell and the Ukrainian Oleg Oprisco, were selected by the mf+arquitetos office and innovate on the walls of the Collector's Corner .
At CASACOR Franca 2017 , there is also a space for sculptures. The artist Bia Doria appears with a work in the Winter Garden , signed by the landscaper Daniel Lima, and also in the Reception Lounge - by Bruno Lopes and Rodrigo de Moura.
The stones take the form of a female bust in the SPA Equilíbrio , by Tiago Castro. The architect chose soapstone for the sculpture, installed next to the soaking tub made with the same material. The Living Atemporal brings the refinement of the renowned Italian artist Inos Corradin in two delicate bronze pieces: Girl on a Swing and Golfer .
Crepe tapes also gain new dimensions in the hands of Sandra Barreiro. Five pieces by the artist make up the Reading Room installed under the steps of the Staircase, a project designed by interior designers Mônica Barcellos and Renata Afonso.
