Street art murals take over the spaces at CASACOR RS 2017
The works blend in with the surroundings and give the spaces, which are decorated with graffiti and murals, a contemporary, casual and colorful feel!

Anise Drops - Carla Tortelli and Luana Fernandes. The living room for the modern man who loves to travel has a touch of eccentricity. The bookcase intrigues the eye, with pivoting structures in metal and expanded sheet metal, highlighting the 5m height of the ceiling. The desk is by Leonardo Lague. The opposite wall, covered in pelletized canvas, is behind the huge sofa that welcomes all the friends. (Reprodução)

Deck Bru Tramontina - Camila Pigatto, Fernanda Sá and Laura Tavares. Here, the layout is free to take on new configurations, with a modular sofa made of natural wood by Tramontina. The bookshelf with an iron structure, the colorful niches and the graffiti of the VHR Project in the background make the space even more casual.

To compose this decor, a panel by Duda Lanna, measuring 4.4 m x 1.9 m, was inserted with acrylic paint.

Living Jovem - Paula Schwartz - The setting has an underground vibe, which is related to the form of expression through the arts, mainly through contemporary urban culture. The urban aspect is demonstrated in the industrial style that is the basis of the environment. To finish, a 10 m² panel signed by Jackson Brum was included.

Rooftop At Viverone/ Larissa Palma Dias and Cristiane Bergesch - Brazilian vegetation connects graffiti interventions to other works, in a proposal that also looks to the past, by restoring the original deck and recovering the wooden slats. Highlighting the 16-meter-long panel by artist Marcelo Pax.

Café Lavabo - Danixa Kuhn, Fernanda Stapenhorst and Natália Kuhn. In this transitional space, lingering is encouraged by graffiti and works of art, in a form of exhibition inspired by viaducts, walls and subways in cities. Naturale brick reinforces the urban appeal of the walls. The art on this wall is also by Jackson Brum.

Graffiti is one of the most popular and growing contemporary arts in society. This is because the movement is considered a democratic and engaged form of expression, in which the artist can occupy public spaces , creating an intentional language to interfere in the city and make citizens reflect. However, due to its generally colorful and versatile aesthetic, street art has increasingly conquered interiors. Architects and decorators are incorporating art into their work and the result could not be less than impactful.
