Cecília Sales, Flávia Furtado and Luciano Almeida - Casa Cubo. The project brings the concept of nature, exploring natural materials such as stone, vegetation and wood. The goal is to be cozy and minimalist, but also to use technological resources without losing humanization. The concrete texture allows the design and natural elements to stand out. The open-air balcony completes the space, fully integrating it with the garden.

(Felipe Costa/CASACOR)

With many representations of art in its21 environments , CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte goes beyond and transforms itself into a stage for artistic events . Thus, the show receives, on December 3rd and 4th, the exhibition "Forma e Liberdade" by ceramist Regina Guedes. Also on Saturday (04), the presentation " Dance Time at CASACOR " will be held by the Alberto Maranhão Theater Dance Company.

The exhibition will take place on the terrace of Casa Cubo , a space created by architects Cecília Sales, Flávia Furtado and set designer Luciano Almeida. Visits will take place during CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte's opening hours – that is, from 4pm to 10pm. Regina Guedes holds a bachelor's degree in arts from Bates College in Maine, USA, and is a retired professor in the Department of Arts at UFRN. After her time at the art academy, Guedes delved even deeper into ceramic art and today has several works and exhibitions in Natal. For CASACOR , Regina Guedes prepared a work that takes as its reference the mixtures of contemporary colors on the dark surface of the pieces created with traditional clay rich in iron oxide. The shapes were created manually, using crochet pieces as texture.
