This time, the professional, who is participating in the show for the 5th time, brings to the show the painting “The First Bow” by the highly regarded artist Siron Franco. Valued at R$60,000, the 1.55 x 1.35 m painting brings color to Janaina’s minimalist space. Also part of the Dining Room is the imposing sculpture by Eleutherio Netto, made of natural wood rescued from the bottom of a river, all pigmented in Lapis Lazuli.

CASACOR Paraná celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2018 and, to celebrate its anniversary, it is investing for the first time in a specialized art curatorship. Under the coordination of Rio Grande do Sul art dealer Cezar Prestes, and with a predominance of works by artists represented by Soma Galeria, the public can see the work of several artists: painters, sculptors, photographers, among others. The works of art humanize the spaces and transform them into the "Living House" , this year's theme for all the exhibitions. According to Prestes, it is about fine-tuning the process of composing the environment - in which the architectural project and the art and design objects are integrated in a unique way that the public can be moved and surprised by the result -, “art goes hand in hand with architecture”, he emphasizes. The public will be able to see works by Brazilian artists such as Edilson Virato, Cleverson Oliveira, Ângela Lima and Juarez Machado. Highlights include two paintings from the Chateaux Bordeaux series. The artist traveled through the famous French wine region and portrayed the main castles on the circuit. Another designer and sculptor who also attracts attention is Paulo Otávio from São Paulo. His carbon steel sculptures are inspired by geometric shapes that stand out for their movement.
