Lite House, by Duda Porto
In the decoration of Casa Lite for CASACOR São Paulo 2019 , Duda Porto opted for wood-like coverings, warming up the spaces. In the private area, a natural stone wall contrasts with the wood. The large frames and folding doors with muxarabi allow for the entrance natural light and cross ventilation, reducing the need for air conditioning. In the gourmet area, the modular concept appears in the composition of the utilities. The piece is composed of only three items: a sink, a brazier and a support with a cabinet, which were designed with the possibility of being moved and fitted in other ways, reconfiguring the environment.
The 200 m² house took just one month to complete: the SysHaus modular system technology developed by the office of architect Arthur Casas , in addition to quick assembly, also generated no debris and had low water consumption. The structure of pillars, beams and Steel screws eliminate the need for foundations and concreting. Everything is fitted together, from the floor to the ceiling. Around 90% of the components come from the custom factory. In addition, 100% of the materials used are recyclable, and there is a green roof, which naturally contributes to thermal and acoustic comfort, giving maximum respect to nature in all areas. construction processes. The project was part of CASACOR São Paulo 2018 .
