Casa Cave Project is one of the finalists for the GRI Awards 2022

Casa Cave , a project designed by architect Duda Porto , who is part of the CASACOR cast, is one of the three finalists for the award. GRI Awards 2022 , in the best ESG project category. The project presents a new concept of high-end housing in Rio de Janeiro. Sustainability is present in the design , materials and execution of the work.

In addition to the project being selected as a finalist for the award, Casa Cave is the first residential development with environmental certification from the Green Building Council Brazil. Located in the Santa Mônica Jardins Condominium in Barra da Tijuca, the property will be a reference in design, technology and sustainability, providing health, comfort, well-being and high construction standards.
