By studying the new business models that have been emerging, architect Caroline Kreling designed an environment for Casa Cor Rio Grande do Sul 2015 with a new address concept. This is “Town House NY”, a space inspired by vertical houses, which make the most of the floors of the same building to expand areas without needing a large plot of land. The 100 m² space is divided into a living and outdoor area. Internally, the highlights are the furniture with suede panels and the mix of classic and contemporary materials. Outside, the pool with a cantilever structure and a glass facade promises to be a trend that is here to stay.
