The Tierra Roja loft uses ceramics in a contemporary way

Feel the warmth and tranquility of Tierra Roja , an environment designed by Roberto Franco for CASACOR Bolivia 2021. The loft, which was classified as a " weekend home ", is made up of different spaces: entrance, bedroom , bathroom , kitchen , living room , external gallery and garage.

Here, the architect pays homage to Gladymar’s Kaiser ceramics. “A ceramic so representative of Santa Cruz, so old, manufactured since 1984,” he explains.

The material, however, appears in the space in a contemporary way . “Although it is a historical piece, we wanted to show how we can use it in our city, bringing back the essence of the red courtyards ,” says Roberto Franco.

The color palette is neutral and classic, with an emphasis on the warmth of the Red Earth in abundance in the environment.
