CASACOR São Paulo , renowned architect
Renato Mendonça joins forces with the Criare brand in an unprecedented partnership during the 37th edition of the event, which runs until July 28, at Conjunto Nacional, located on Avenida Paulista.
Guided by the theme "
From the present, the now ", the architect presents “Casa Átimo”, which celebrates the connection between past, present and future, prioritizing comfort, coexistence and integration with nature.
The 110 m² space is divided into social and private areas. The
social area includes an integrated kitchen and living room, while the
private area has a suite,
closet and
home office , with a bathroom on the balcony. The partially open shelving separates the areas, offering mystery and a gradual revelation of the spaces.
Renato works with
straight lines in an objective and non-obvious way, demystifying the need to search for something so innovative. The large spans frame the external landscape and propose integration with the greenery and the world outside. The
high ceiling allows for a slight fall of curtains woven in a fluid line.
Waldir Júnior 's
lighting design uses LEDs and recessed
spotlights to create drama and warmth, highlighting plants and decorative elements. In the
closet ,
Gustavo Rezende 's sculpture reigns supreme: a man leaning toward his cell phone screen, a critique of today's
digital dependency .
