Loft Deca was born – a free space full of details that warm the eye –, designed by
Cyane Zoboli for
CASACOR Espírito Santo 2023 .
Right at the entrance, the
curated furniture and artworks immediately catch the eye: visitors are greeted with great synergy and presence by a work of art by
Romilda Patez . The living room, light, full of personality and connected to the loft, is the integration point of the entire
110 m² space. 
Carpentry – very strong in the architect's projects – also marks her environment at
CASACOR ES , with an
extensive muxarabi partition that integrates the
layout. The spacious space designed for reception also includes a
balcony that overlooks the
stunning late afternoon view of the
