"When we started the project, we went through a lot of reflection about what would be essential in a house today , a large space to receive guests seemed to make perfect sense to us." This is how architect Maria Araujo, new to CASACOR Brasília , defines the inspiration for the project. Gourmet Space , a 90 m² space designed for meetings and celebrations amidst good cuisine.

The space has three areas in one : kitchen, dining room and living room. The goal is to create an ideal environment for cooking and socializing with friends and family . With monochromatic patterns, the Gourmet Space creates a feeling of comfort and warmth.

Following a trend from the 2021 show, Maria Araujo uses natural and organic shapes , which appear in the porcelain and ceramics used in the decoration. The architect also uses fabrics and rugs made from natural fibers.

The furniture is particularly striking, with the iconic Jangada armchair by Jean Gillon and the wine cellar suspended on a leather strap, a major innovation. The space also features a work of art by artist Sando Gos , a painting that stands out amidst the earthy tones of the space. See the 3D Tour of the environment here.
