Memories Studio bets on organic formats to reinforce relaxation

Driving the search for a new lifestyle, the era of care and the wellness concept are also being reinterpreted and revived in architecture. The proposal fits perfectly into Studio Memórias , a project by architects Lia Herrmann and Ana Tomazelli , from Studio Zaliah , on display at CASACOR SC | Balneário Camboriú . “We brought organic lines that represent the body’s lines to the space, through lightness, fluidity and freedom, recalling the waves. The invitation is to come home, recover your memories and relax,” says Lia. The architects from Chapecó, who are participating in the show for the third time, invested in curvilinear furniture , embossed coverings , natural materials and design based on sinuous lines . As a result, the organic aesthetic transforms the home into a place of refuge, comfort and relaxation , where every detail promotes lightness and well-being. “We are immersed in a digital and technological world that is essential in our daily lives, but what are the limits? Studio Memórias was born from the search to disconnect and pay attention to our home , to being present, which is why we didn’t bring many digital elements into the living room and suite,” says Ana. With 70m², the space uses raw tones to create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The suite's granite floor, by Portobello, matches the rug, recalling the movement of the oceans. The decor used pieces by artisans from Santa Catarina , such as clay jars and linen and rope accessories, as well as crushed glass by Carol Gay and objects made of shells and acrylics by designer Iana Coelho . The highlight of the dinner party is the geometric-shaped Dekton table, designed by the firm, which seats six. Following a trend from the last Milan Fair, the professionals opted for bouclé fabric to cover the chairs, sofa and bed set. The sofa, by the way, is part of the Tempo collection, designed by Victor Vasconcellos , and complements the corner table in the living room.
