Sophia Romcy - ArdGrupo Glass Room. CASACOR Ceará 2022 Project.(Esdras Guimarães/)
/32 - Afonso Tomoda - Casa Pabu. With a predominantly industrial style, but still chic, the bar features refined materials and a palette of green tones. The 64 m² are spread out over the kitchen, the drinks counter and the indoor and outdoor lounges, forming a complete and cozy bar. The facade combines iron and cobogó, bringing natural light and ventilation to the interior. A place for integration and good drinks, Casa Pabu mixes concrete, stone and iron. The drinks menu and snacks are by Brewstone Pub. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Érico Monteiro - The Living Room. CASACOR Ceará 2022 project. With an antagonistic name, the multifunctional space adapts to its various possibilities of use. Its 84 m² welcome the best of Brazilian furniture, works of art, cutting-edge technology and treasures. Inspired by old vestibules, the architect created an environment that provides happy moments without leaving the house out of its routine. The space is full of natural materials, such as wood, which covers the walls and ceiling, and the quartzite floor. A large bench made of oak wood slats harmonizes with the environment and makes it light and welcoming. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Fabrício Pereira - Ver-O-Verde. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The space is a reference to the famous Ver-O-Peso market, the main warehouse located in Belém do Pará, Fabrício's hometown. The space reproduces the winding curves of the Amazon rivers, surrounded by lush and dense vegetation on all sides. The proposal for the entrance to CASACOR Ceará 2022 is to provide a journey through this river-sea of plants, connecting the chaotic outside world to the exhibition environments. An invitation to the visitor to discover their own infinity in their own private world. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Gustavo Augusto and Lais Sampaio - Casa Limus - CeArt. Limus, from the Latin “clay”, brings the raw material as a symbol of our culture, present in crafts and homes. The house was designed to provide a unique experience, with a strong connection between the visitor and the environment, referring to traditions. The proposal is a welcoming and cozy space, making the visitor want to stay. The furniture has organic characteristics and is inserted in a symmetrical layout, with architecture of straight lines and brutalist details. Natural light and neutral and light tones promote well-being and the metal beams and columns come from editions. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Iully Maia - Laura's Suite. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The space honors TikToker Laura, who reflects the teenage universe. The strong color right at the entrance, where the vanity and study table are located, features an original, organic-shaped mirror. The closet follows the open concept, inspired by influencers, as does the bathroom. In the spa style, it has lighting directed to the edges, focusing on the counter and bathtub. The romantic touch is given by the regional headboard and natural materials, such as linen and straw. The colorful and variously shaped pillows represent the young woman's childish side. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Joana Figueirêdo - Meu Íntimo Lavabo. Much more than a lavabo, a living space to connect with yourself, contemplating your own soul. The style of the space arose from the idea of materializing the personality and temperament of the inspiring woman who lives there. With lightness and delicacy, the space conveys fluidity and movement. The curves represent femininity, while imposing and unique elements symbolize character and a strong personality. The space reflects the energy and 90 years of history and legacy, perpetuated by the women descendants of Némora Britto Figueirêdo, Nena. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - João Dias - Luz das Umburanas Media Space. A playful, colorful, happy and detail-rich environment that transports visitors and communication professionals on minimalist journeys. The space brings together a studio for recording interviews and podcasts, a common area and an “instagrammable” spot. It is inspired by two cultures: the Ceará culture, more precisely that of the Beberibe region, with beautiful beaches, dams and rivers and rich vegetation; and the ancient and enigmatic oriental culture. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Lara Sousa and Paloma Estrela - Janela de Memórias. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The dining room is a multifunctional space for entertaining, socializing, and living. The architects debut at CASACOR Ceará with a playful, functional, and personality-filled space for two children between the ages of 4 and 7. The name is a connection to the theme of the show and reflects both Lara's relationship with her two children and scenes from Paloma's childhood. The large window with light and soft colors is the highlight of the project and acts as a screen, illuminating and organically enveloping the space, in addition to tracing the paths between playing, sleeping, studying, and the children's other daily activities. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Lia Sampaio and Erasmo Pereira - Casa Malta B&S Home Natuzzi. Casa Malta means “safe haven”. The archipelago located in the Mediterranean Sea was the inspiration for an environment that brings lightness, uniformity and welcoming, without giving up charm and elegance in every detail. Touches of Brazilianness are present in the architecture, furniture and landscaping, with transparency and fluidity standing out. The beach house, located in a gated community, allows you to find yourself, but also opens the doors to coexistence and contemplation of moments, people and life. The integration between the spaces is the heart of the house, from the pool and the outdoor area, to the integrated kitchen and the wine cellar. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Lina Eleutério and Liana Meireles - Lavabo Origens. Using the infinity symbol to design the project's shapes, the architects created curved cabins. The idea is to bring the coziness of grandma's house to the show, using simple and easily accessible materials, such as brick, tile and metal. Technology and tradition are combined in the internal and external coverings and the lighting brings focal points of light that enhance the architecture and objects. The curved wall of the main façade has a bench and a reflecting pool, transforming it into a place of calm and contemplation. Pendant lights at different heights and lots of vegetation are the project's strong points. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Luciana Lago and Cláudia Santiago - A Café Santa Clara. A Coffee is a tasting of feelings and senses, which awakens the desire to stay and be welcomed. The café, represented by 3 Corações and Le Pain Le Café, awakens fond memories for drink lovers and inspired the architects to create a boho-style environment. Stripped down, it has occasional touches of color. The textures are on the internal and external walls. The green color appears on the main counter, in the natural vegetation, in the cobogós mural and in the nautical ropes of the furniture manufactured in Pará, especially for the exhibition. Wood is also present and metal guarantees versatility to the composition of the space. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - André Monte - Pure Being. The living room inspires conversation, direct contact and, above all, the pleasure of being at home, in the company of those who connect us to the best of what we have. Through his lines and projects, the interior designer translates his aesthetic vision, represented at CASACOR Ceará by a sophisticated composition of materials and textures. The stories told by André bring experiences and a unique essence. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Luma Bianca, Milene Adelaide and Roberta Feitosa - Paisagens do Ceará Ticket Office. In order to provide comfort and well-being to newcomers to CASACOR Ceará 2022, the ticket office evokes nature through the materials and shapes used. Inspiring and valuing Ceará, it makes references to the diverse landscapes. Materials such as straw are used in less conventional ways, such as in the covering of the service counter and in a detail of the ceiling. The three windows represent the mountains, the sea and the backlands and show that each one has a history and particularities. The highlighted phrase invites reflection: “In the window of each story, a particular infinity”. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Manoela Corrêa - Collector's Suite. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The space was created for a sophisticated, discreet couple who appreciates good art, has a delicate and refined taste for culture and who enjoys traveling. The spaces are integrated and versatile, interacting with each other. Residents have countless possibilities for rest and relaxation. The use of natural materials, such as wood on the floor and in the carpentry, the straw on the headboard and the unpolished rough stone, reinforces the concept and contributes to providing comfort. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Manoella Linhares and Natália Benevides - Ceará has Design. At the invitation of the Ceará Design Association, the architects developed a project that reinforces the Creative City seal, granted by UNESCO to the city of Fortaleza. The idea is to present the plurality of materials, designers, works and colors. A monochromatic stage allows the projects to stand out. The tapestries and furniture are by established, emerging and award-winning artists. A panel frames the ceiling and wall, forming a large box that expands the space, functions as a decorative item and highlights the creations. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Milena Holanda - SPA Deca. A refuge for a much-needed break from the immediacy and fatigue of everyday life. This is where Spa Deca came from, a space designed to bring out the sensations. The textures, the smells, the sounds, the cozy lighting, the sober color palette… Everything encourages you to move your eyes more slowly, your breathing to be more controlled and slow, and your walk through the space to be slower. The plants bring well-being and the furniture and metals were designed to convey tranquility and heighten the senses. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Natália Medeiros - Nina's Garden. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. Joy, serenity and connection with nature gave rise to a delicate space, full of life and color, with shades of pink and pastel green conveying serenity. The animal wallpaper adds a childlike touch and the woodwork easily complements other materials, providing an extra cozy feel to the space. Highlights include the velvety finish of the beige wall and the natural light, which can be replaced by indirect and intimate lighting. The idea of the project is to grow with the baby, with elements adaptable to their future needs and desires. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Ney Filho - Comedoria 2. Ney Filho's particular infinity is linked to his state, Ceará, the architect's passion and inspiration. For the second year in a row, Fortaleza's seal of approval as a creative city in design, granted by UNESCO, is the starting point for this space. This time, the focus is on the Ceará coast, on a route that begins in the backlands, in the caatinga, and meets the sea. The hope for better days, transforming difficulties into action, innovation and creativity, is represented in this gourmet space. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Racine Mourão - Galeria Aço Cearense. This tribute to Grupo Aço Cearense showcases the versatility of steel. The curves ensure fluidity and create a gallery. The cozy atmosphere is provided by the greenish-hued quartzite floor and walls covered in strips of natural wood. Large laser-cut metal sheets and stainless steel sheet applications glued to the ceiling highlight the immense freedom afforded by steel. The sound sculpture brings the concept of kinetic art and references machines, but with a more harmonious perception, just like the concept of the environment: a raw material that transforms into something delicate and sophisticated. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Rosalinda Pinheiro - Cozinha dos Lobos. Brazil and its concern for the environment are present in this kitchen, which brings together the five regions of the country through colors, materials and sensations. The maned wolf on the wallpaper adds a wild touch to this sophisticated space, where everything is automated. Earthy tones are used in the furniture and in the stone, which evokes the cracked earth of the backlands. The table integrated into the counter allows interaction between those sitting at it and those in the kitchen, and the coffee cabinet encourages the Brazilian habit of drinking coffee after meals. The lavatory connects the kitchen to the garden. The lighting is indirect, with no visible light fixtures. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Sara Aragão, Ilana Rocha, Aline Diógenes and Sara Jéssica - Nolana Restaurant. Porta Nolana, a medieval portal that served as the entrance to Naples, in Italy, was the inspiration for creating the environment. The objective is to represent the essence, rescue memories and transport visitors to the city. The arches, organic lines and biophilic design provoke the observer's gaze towards a new, more natural aesthetic sense, which meets the need for belonging, with materials and colors that welcome. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Sophia Romcy - ArdGrupo Glass Room. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The project was created to welcome professionals and store owners who are partners of ARD Grupo. The environment reflects the architect's fascination with design and the shade produced by the canopy of a tree. The transparency of the room provides a feeling of well-being and allows contact with nature. Five types of ornamental rocks were used for the project, creating a sophisticated identity. The composition also features pieces by designer Jader Almeida. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Anik Mourão - Epicure São Luiz. The French shops that sell bread, jams and wines, the Épiceries, served as inspiration for the architect when developing the Mercadinhos São Luiz space. Aiming to receive small groups in an intimate way, the environment rescues the roots of Ceará in a warm, cozy and welcoming way. Terracotta and warm tones, wood and bricks are present in this environment that promotes a sensory experience. Visitors participate in wine tastings and watch recipes being prepared live through the kitchen-cinema, with projections of the chefs' step-by-step instructions on the wall. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Thiago Borges - Ilha da Luz. In this contemporary environment, the highlights are the water mirror and its three levels, defined with straight lines, and the island lounge. The stones are in both the covering and the floor. The lighting work makes the project even more special, with the lighting hanging from the trees and the underwater profiles in the water mirror. The proposal is to transform the garden into a living space, almost like an island, with the water at eye level, and the tree canopy serving as cover. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Ticiana Sanford and Melina Pinheiro - Entrepreneur Lounge - Sebrae. The space was developed to welcome architecture and design entrepreneurs in an innovative way, but without giving up a vernacular language. The color palette used seeks inspiration from the landscapes of Ceará, showing that the corporate environment of innovation can have a local and unique language. Natural materials were used - clay bricks, wood and stones - which contrast with the innovative design of the selected corporate furniture, providing an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, permanence and learning. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Victo Alves Braga - Cumaru Balcony. Project by CASACOR Ceará 2022. The space offers a sensorial proposal, where the five senses are heightened: hearing, through the sound of water; touch, with natural materials that can and should be touched throughout the space; smell, through the choice of some plants that exude specific perfumes; taste, with the gourmet space; and vision, through the shapes and textures of the project, present in materials and in the play of light and shadow. The name comes from the wood of the loose furniture, representing resistance and durability and referring to the flora of the central Ceará hinterland. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Bruno Ary - Private Infinity Square. The square, with its diverse furniture, provides a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for those who pass by and want to rest and contemplate the shaded spaces and open patios. The aim is to rescue emotional memories and emphasize the connection with the earth through earthy red tones, adhering to biophilic design trends and valuing natural materials, such as clay and ceramics. The choice of species seeks a combination of tropical and native plants in different colors and shapes. A small water garden with a subtle and elegant fountain represents the fundamental presence of water in any environment. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Bruno Ary - Alameda Iracema. The space is the access corridor that integrates different environments. The existing trees form a shaded path, which gives rise to a small square at the end of the path. The project is inspired by the integration between city and nature, with a path between the trees artistically painted on the floor and which references the paths of rivers. By following the symbolic flow of the waters, passers-by have a pleasant view of the art among illuminated trees, benches that invite rest and flower beds with diverse species. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Christine Perez and Tassia Ferreira - Casa Duraplik by Tecer Arquitetura. The craftsmanship, together with sustainable materials, give a touch of Brazilianness to the project, which forms a tropical landscaping when combined with the tree that already existed in the space. The proposal is to create a home that welcomes, embraces and rests. The highlight is the Duraplik coverings, which provide refinement to the environment. The details invite you to a moment of rest, while the luminosity of the environment creates an atmosphere of freshness, well-being, warmth and relaxation. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Architecture and Urban Planning Course - Unifor Path. CASACOR Ceará 2022 Project. The environment was designed so that users can have a sensory experience related to three universes: that of the architect and urban planner; that of the Architecture and Urban Planning course at UNIFOR and its campus. The paintings on the walls highlight the University's contribution to society, with facets of the topics covered, such as students' Final Course Works, pedagogical experiences and technical trips. Technology permeates the project as a whole. In the center of the path, highlights some representations of UNIFOR itself, such as nature, art and the feeling of comfort. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Diego Studart - Aracati Lounge. CASACOR Ceará 2022 project. The city of Aracati, located on the eastern coast of Ceará, is the inspiration for the creation of an ideal lounge for entertaining friends. The region's roots and elements are evident in the details, such as the tiles, which are reminiscent of historic Portuguese coverings; and the open red area, with original Aracati sand, as well as a tree and hammock, giving it a beachy feel. The arches and railings, seen in the traditional mansions on the main street, Rua Grande, are also part of the project. The crafts and decorative elements, such as macramé and straw, are also highlighted. (Esdras Guimarães)
/32 - Elias Petruço - Rest for the Great. The dining room is a multifunctional space for entertaining, socializing and living. In an atmosphere of affection and memories, the space provides a sensorial immersion with art in various forms of expression, inspired by the nine Greek muses. Details such as the use of radica and natural stones, high-quality carpentry and automated lighting help to make the space elegant and stimulating, a true family reliquary. (Esdras Guimarães)
