Houses are
unchanging witnesses to the stories and memories that are housed within their walls. From the aging bricks to the faded paintwork, these houses are a
reservoir of experiences that will never be forgotten. Even when time leaves deep marks, they remain firm as symbols of experiences rich in meaning. After all, time does not have the power to erase the memories that are embedded in the walls of houses. Inspired by the theme of the 36th edition of
CASACOR São Paulo , “Body & Home”, which this year proposes a reflection on the relationship between the human body and the space we inhabit,
Suíte Arquitetos , owned by partners Carolina Mauro, Daniela Frugiuele and Filipe Troncon, has created an environment specially designed for the Cosentino brand. The “
Casa Kraftizen Cosentino ” space is inspired by homes built in rammed earth, which bear the
marks of permanence on their walls .
The “Casa Kraftizen Cosentino”, which measures approximately
200m² , has a central volume in the space that features earthen rammed earth, with
nuances of paintings in earth tones. From there, the various layers, which reflect the memories of the house, appear in the compositions with
travertine marble and in the
artistic painting , portraying the home that held the memories of different inhabitants in times that have passed.
Upon entering the space, we are guided by a color palette that favors
light and organic tones , also present in the furniture that was developed by the architects exclusively for the exhibition. Dekton pieces are present in the living room, dining room, bathroom and countertops, showing the versatility of the stones and their infinite possibilities and applications. The entire floor of the room is made of Dekton Danae and Kira, while the countertops are made of Dekton Kira. The pieces were made by Top Mármores.
Another highlight of the project is the
unique landscaping . A garden, which accompanies the central volume in adobe, features a
set of flowers in tones that vary between earthy, purple and wine.
