During the restoration work at Villa Aymoré, the headquarters of CASA COR Rio de Janeiro 2015 , artifacts from the period were discovered: floors, ceilings, doors, windows and solid wood staircases. These materials from the old houses were used, contrasting with the cutting-edge technology installed during the retrofit, which enhanced the layout of each property. The spaces under the stairs or nearby offer great ideas for reusing the space, as well as giving the space a lot of personality. With this in mind, architects Maurício Nóbrega and Paola Ribeiro transformed and intelligently used the stairs that are not used during the event. Paola Ribeiro - Living da Praia Paola Ribeiro, at Living da Praia , transformed the staircase into a large bookshelf with books from ceiling to floor. With a casual layout, the genres of this resident's books are varied, from classic to modern, from rustic to sophisticated are the ones that prevail in her space.
