Summer Bungalow bets on modular construction to be more sustainable

At CASACOR Brasília 2023 , this project designed by the duo Isabella Souza and Carla Monza, from Orla Arquitetura , is inspired by the relationship between nature and the built environment. Called Summer Bungalow , the project uses modular and sustainable structures , which simulate a temporary installation or a mobile pavilion. Measuring 75 m², the space features vinyl flooring on the walls and ceiling. The furniture highlights include the Jangada armchair by Jean Gillon and the Mantas sofa by Joaquim Tenreiro , as well as a painting painted exclusively for the space by artist Danielle Carcav .

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 3pm to 10pm. Saturdays and holidays, from 12pm to 10pm. Sunday, from 12pm to 9pm. Tickets: R$90.00 (full price) and R$45.00 (half price for students, teachers, people with disabilities, people with autism and people aged 60 or over with proof of identity). Children up to 12 years old go free. Presentation of ID card/proof of identity is mandatory.
