The project of the Senac Mayú School Restaurant was inspired by the Cariri region. The starting point was the fauna and flora of the Chapada do Araripe, with its exuberance and uniqueness. The color palette was designed to interact with the nature of the region, featuring shades of blue, terracotta, reds, and pinks, creating a sort of mimicry with native animals and plants. The furniture was designed to transform the diner’s experience into a unique and complete moment, with all the fabrics, patterns, and textures chosen to share the stage with the great protagonist – the impeccable kitchen of Mayú. In addition to the restaurant, this year we will have the Senac bookstore, sharing the same space and confirming that good reading and good gastronomy complement each other.
