In tune with the trend of creatively and sustainably revitalizing old properties, interior designer Fabricio Frezza (to the right) and architect Gabriel Figueiredo propose a boutique hotel lobby in a circulation area of 49 m2 with reception, galleries, lounge, bar, and hall overlooking the park garden. In order to engage with the building and the projects of the surroundings, they focused on a decor guided by the recovery of affective memories, with pieces found in antique shops and fairs, in addition to a detailed curation of artworks, fabrics, objects, and contemporary furniture. "We sow perspectives by revisiting the past, still so present, to understand our roots and project new dreams," says Fabricio.
