Recognized as the largest and best exhibition of architecture, decoration and landscaping in the Americas, CASA COR celebrates its 30th anniversary with the theme “The House in Celebration”. The goal is to create experiences that inspire, excite and transform the home into a true space to celebrate life.
Within this celebratory atmosphere, franchisees Luciane Mamoré, Tatiana Ratier and Dilma Bernardes presented the property for the fourth edition of CASA COR Mato Grosso do Sul , which will take place at the Dibo family residence, located on Avenida Afonso Pena and designed by architect Rubens Gil de Camillo (1934-2000). The event was aimed at the press, architects, designers, landscapers and businesspeople with details about the exhibition and knowledge of the Master Plan, a project with the environments of the 2016 edition.
The Mato Grosso do Sul exhibition will be held from July 29 to September 11 and will have 30 environments, reinforcing the comfort of home and the celebration of gathering family and friends. “Our scenario is very positive, we have a wonderful property , with the franchise's 30th anniversary, we are experiencing a special moment for the brand, which has great credibility in the national and international markets. The CASA COR cast is always different, we bring together incredible professionals and a formidable team. We are sure that in 2016 we will repeat this success, " says executive director Tatiana Ratier.
In addition to presenting a traditional family home, with all the value and comfort that this implies, CASA COR MS 2016 also rescues the work of one of the most important names in architecture in Mato Grosso do Sul. Rubens Gil de Camillo was concerned with creating an architectural language characteristic of the state, adapted to the population's way of life and the physical and bioclimatic aspects, which made his work stand out in Brazilian modernist production. The property, built in the 1980s, has 1,800 m² of built area on a plot of land measuring 2,000 m².
In Campo Grande it is possible to see some of his projects, such as the Arpoador and Ipanema buildings (which have gardens designed by landscaper Burle Marx), the Solar do Pantanal, the headquarters of the Federation of Industries of Mato Grosso do Sul (Fiems) and the Convention Center in Parque dos Poderes that bears his name.
The emblematic residence will house: facade - ticket office and entrance garden, garage lounge, kids' space, living room, toilet, loft, office, dining room, common room, terrace, master bedroom, master bathroom, girl's apartment, girl's bathroom, balcony, boy's/young executive's room, boy's bathroom, baby's room, baby's bath, mini gourmet, foyer (elevator), creative studio, pet space, kitchen, functional restaurant, public bathrooms, café, delicatessen, event square, spa or gourmet balcony and gourmet (bar and club).
