Inspired by the SysHaus project – a house designed by Arthur Casas at CASACOR São Paulo 2018 – Renata Tilli , Vera Oliveira and Lucas Tell Push designed a sustainable garden to embrace the construction. Quality and Time were the fundamental values taken into account in this pragmatic project, which does not give up beauty. Thinking about quality of life, air purity and thermal sensation, and practicality, the trio opted for species that adapt to the climate of any region and for an irrigation system that does not require time from the resident to maintain the Jardim Tempo . Grass and bamboo were chosen because they grow quickly and require little maintenance. Stones and sand were chosen because they are equally easy to maintain. One of the highlights is the roof covered with grass, a type of wheat that ensures better internal thermal control of the house and brings a beautiful and different look to the building.
