Deca Award reveals the winners of the 26th edition
Professionals and students from all regions of the country participated with bathroom, kitchen and product projects; check out the winners

The Deca Award , Brazil's leading architecture and interior design competition, announces the winners of its 26th edition. Professionals and students from all regions of the country participated with bathroom , kitchen and product projects. During a special event, which featured an unprecedented partnership with LG – a global leader in consumer electronics – guests were able to meet the award-winning talents, among hundreds of entrants. The judging panel, made up of architects, designers, journalists and personalities related to architecture and design, included renowned names: Gianfranco Vannucchi ; Allex Colontonio ; Livia Pedreira ; Arthur Casas ; Jader Almeida ; Osvaldo Tenório , Ricardo Bello Dias ; Nildo José ; Debora Aguiar and Leo Romano . The selected works were evaluated based on the criteria of originality, creativity and use of space. In the category of spaces executed in CASACOR , the best Kitchen is by Camila Guimarães and Bruno Carvalho, from BC Arquitetos, from Rio de Janeiro (RJ), an environment that is part of Casa Alva .

Among the professionals, Flavio Butti and Alice Martins, from São Paulo (SP), won in the Residential Bathroom category with the project "Master Bathroom - House on the Mountain". And as the best Residential Kitchen project, Giuliano Marchiorato, from Curitiba (PR) ), was elected with "Cosmopolitan Kitchen". The award for best product went to Lucas Lemos, from São Paulo (SP), for the play "Cuba Cosmos".

In the Student Group , Anderson Nogueira, from Feira de Santana (BA), and Johnnatan Barros, from Ananindeua (PA), were the winners in the Kitchen and Bathroom categories, respectively. Vinicius Queiroz, from Curitiba (PR), was recognized for the best Product design. In this edition, the partnership with LG included prizes for students with products that feature cutting-edge technology and reinforced the relationship between the LG Magenta program and architecture and interior design professionals. The winners of this group were awarded: an LG Gram Notebook 17”, the lightest of its size, according to Guinness World Records and the Combo of licenses for Sketchup and V-Ray 5. In addition, aiming to collaborate with professional growth, the winners of this group were given a Smart LG TV 48 " 4K - OLED48C2 Evo, with a9 Gen 5 AI Processor and thin bezel. The award-winning professionals won an international trip to Norway. At the awards event, one of the highlights was also the display of the 65" LG QNED80 TV with innovative technology for LED/LCD screens, offering rich and accurate colors in the lightest and darkest areas of a scene. In addition, it has connectivity via through the LG ThinQ artificial intelligence platform, reinforcing that technology and design are allies for a more comfortable and innovative home.
