CASACOR RS launches its 30th anniversary yearbook

Publication brings together exclusive content about the Rio Grande do Sul exhibition, which takes place until October 2nd in the century-old Pia Chaves Barcellos building

All the details about the 30th edition of CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul can be found in the new yearbook of the show , launched last Friday, September 2, in Porto Alegre. The collectible publication brings exclusive content and complete information about the 40 environments on display at the event, which can be visited until October 2nd, at the Pia Chaves Barcellos building (Rua Dona Leonor, 360).

Designed by architect Fernando Thunm , the Urban Garden space is featured on the cover of the edition. The photo was chosen to represent the concept of " Infinite Particular ", CASACOR 's national theme, in addition to the authenticity of the construction, mixing elements of historical architecture with the resources and the design of today. Fachada da sede da CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2022 To mark the launch, CASACOR RS held a chat session entitled “Historical heritage and contemporary architecture”, with the participation of Pedro Ariel Santana , Director of Relationships and Content at CASACOR; Livia Pedreira , President of the Board of Trustees at CASACOR; Darlan Firmato , Manager of Sustainability of CASACOR and the professionals of the Rio Grande do Sul cast. At the meeting, the group addressed the topic based on the experiences of producing and holding CASACOR in Brazil . Just like in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, the event in São Paulo is also taking place in an iconic building, in Conjunto Nacional , on Avenida Paulista, one of the most important architectural landmarks of the city, which was designed 63 years ago by architect David Libeskind. The process of holding the exhibition in a historic building, the cultural value of buildings for cities and the valorization of spaces were highlighted topics during the conversation, mediated by the director of CASACOR RS, Karina Capaverde .
