At the 4th edition of the
Chefs' Meeting , held by the Gourmet Embassy in Rio Grande do Sul, Fernanda Guimarães, gastronomy curator, spoke about the Embassy's partnership with the Rio Grande do Sul exhibition and gave details about the
Chef's Table space, designed by Cristina da Luz, Daniel Schön and Juarez Cruz. "The biggest difference will be the Chef's Table, in the restaurant space. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, resident Marcelo Schambeck will welcome a guest chef from outside to lead the menu, which will be served at a continuous table for 36 people. The space will also feature image projection and sensory experiences in an eight-course, two-hour dinner, providing a complete and exclusive experience, different from a normal restaurant", explains the professional.
