/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Florianópolis: Country Room by Mirella Lenoir Improta and Camila Guerreiro Ramos. A physical, mental and spiritual refuge. It prioritizes human relationships over technology. The comfort disconnects from the rush of everyday life and connects with the inner self, family and nature, in search of balance. The materials, furniture, adequate lighting and the relationship with the outside all lead to this goal. The large window and the position of the sofa highlight the relationship with the outside. The garden, with the guava tree, symbolizing Biophilia – the love of nature, appears in total harmony with A Casa Viva. (Lio Simas)
/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Florianópolis 2018: The Garden Loft by Rose Campos Martorano, Allan Chierighini and Fábio Silva. Practicality and comfort, without leaving aside the beauty of the decoration, sum up The Garden Loft. Living well, welcoming friends with comfort. The proposal is for a resident who enjoys wine, works of art, golf, high speed and gastronomy. Travels the world frequently and appreciates different styles and life stories. The look is cosmopolitan and somewhat minimalist. The Gourmet Kitchen opens onto the Lounge, providing spaciousness. The Living Room is filled with art. Few partitions inspire modernity. (Lio Simas)
/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Itapema 2018: Tropical Garden by Francielle iOst. A bold project, measuring almost 700 m² in the center of the exhibition, presents a garden that will remain in that special place in the visitor's memory. In the tone of A Casa Viva, the professional comes from Porto Belo for the challenge of creating this great environment. Inspired by the elements of local nature, such as moving water, straw and wood, the professional creates a space for coexistence and also for passage. There is a lot of greenery, tropical plants beautify and surround the extensive water mirrors. The palm trees give a tropical, beachy feel and the grasses, in addition to being rustic, give movement to the garden. Wood multiplies in the space with other natural materials, bringing balance to the textures and colors of the decoration. There are four lounges for visitors, who gain a feeling of well-being and good encounters at the exhibition. (Lio Simas)
/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Florianópolis 2018. Casa Ônix by Gabriel Bordin. Amidst the greenery, or any place that inspires a feeling of shelter and comfort, Casa Ônix can be found. It structures the desire for calm, connection with one's own body, with movement from the inside out, on the surface of the skin. It is a common feeling that calls for refuge, not an escape, only a sure encounter with time and the present. The project maximizes this desire for shelter, also questioning the location of our cabins. Where they are, what landscapes complete us as individuals. Wood and glass in the clean construction system. (Mariana Boro)
/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Florianópolis 2018: The Laundry! by Gabriela Bosco Dutra and Vanessa Buonomo. This little corner inherited from the family reflects the style of the young nature-loving couple, who want to update, without losing their emotional memory. The laundry room is functional, practical and sustainable. Here, even a PET corner was designed for the family's two beloved dogs. The bench is used both for ironing clothes and for crafts, a gift inherited from grandparents. Within this atmosphere of A Casa Viva, the professionals present in the laundry a concept of living and coexisting in harmony. There are savings here through the intelligent reuse of water. 06/06 - CASACOR Santa Catarina Florianópolis 2018: Casa Grigio by Cris Passing and Giovane Marangoni. With a 'blank sheet of paper' on a vacant lot, architecture and interior are born together, integrating the inside and outside. Natural light and the look of the lot are valued. From the clean concept, integrated spaces and inspiration from Italian design in shades of gray, the name Casa Grigio emerged, a timeless and elegant project. The sustainable construction system, in Wood Frame, allows for record execution time and even its relocation to another location. A space to make history and create moments. (Lio Simas)
