/07 - Bernardo Gaudie-Ley and Tania Braida - Casa Pitaya. Can you live in a structure similar to a container measuring just 28m²? Our Vila CASACOR proves yes. Especially when the decoration transforms the space into a cool and cool corner, with a palette of soft tones, such as light pink lacquer and oak from the joinery, and lots of national design furniture and works of art like at Casa Pitaya. There, the natural landscape, which seems to invade the internal environment through the glass walls, is the perfect complement to a house full of charm. (Ari Kaye)
/07 - Ana Lúcia Jucá - Suite in the Clouds. Classic and timeless. Inspired by the European architecture of the house, the largest of the internal studios of our “Hospedaria” received a sophisticated decoration that prioritizes comfort, well-being and practicality in the daily lives of guests. The atmosphere is very Rio with a predominance of light tones such as aqua green and a selection of national design furniture and digital works of art. Boiseries in the bedroom and the house's original Portuguese tiles in the bathroom add a classic touch to the space. (André Nazareth)
/07 - Marilene Galindo - Traveler's Suite. Odaléa's old room gets a new look with a very masculine decor that is dominated by shades of gray, black and white. Designed for an executive who travels the world, the space has a practical ambiance with a small work area, a bathtub to relax in and a contemporary décor, with furniture from CasaShopping stores and works of art from its galleries, such as Picasso prints and a sculpture by Osvaldo Gaia. The diversity of artistic styles, in fact, gives the space a touch of emotional memory. (André Nazareth)
/07 - João Panaggio - Casa Migrante. On the beach, in the countryside, or in a corner of the city. Casa Migrante could be anywhere, but it was in one of the most charming corners of our garden that it was born. Its architecture is striking – somewhat modernist –, with a metal structure covered externally in stone and a large internal space – almost without divisions. There, the woven wood panel stands out, which separates intimate and social areas, and a huge skylight in the bedroom that transforms day and night light into a vivid picture. (André Nazareth)
/07 - Lucilla Pessoa de Queiroz and Renata Caiafa - Drummond Room. And now... Drummond! The poet who would have turned 120 in 2022 has one of the rooms in our “Hospedaria” dedicated to him, framed by words. The decor is simple, with light fabrics like linen and furniture with straight lines that bring the poet's daily life and his desk into the 21st century, without giving up the romanticism that characterized his time. He appears in the poems printed throughout the room that seem to permeate his dreams, his creative leisure, his life. (André Nazareth)
/07 - Sérgio Conde Caldas Arquitetura - “The Poet’s Song”. A space to disconnect from the outside world and embark on a world of poetry. Surrounded by green gardens, the studio built in one of CMC Modular's residential metallic modules used in our Vila CASACOR prioritizes sustainability with large openings that allow cross ventilation and glass that blocks heat, reducing the use of air conditioning. The decor is contemporary and minimalist with furniture with organic shapes that highlight national works of art. (André Nazareth)
/07 - Jorge Delmas - Studio Cubo. The trend of living in increasingly smaller spaces was the inspiration for the studios in our Vila CASACOR. And is there a more appropriate name than Cubo for these remarkable little ones created in metal modules with thermo-acoustic coating specifically for housing? Here, it is precisely practicality that sets the tone. But, without giving up the comfort and warmth brought by the massive presence of wood, the abundant natural lighting and the use of little furniture. (André Nazareth)
