Traditionally, kitchens are associated with colder finishes, such as tiles. However, architects Murilo Lomas and Gabriel de Lucca broke away from the conventional and used the Riviera pattern panels from the Cross line and Freijó Puro from Essential Wood line , respectively. In the Canvas Deca Kitchen , by Murilo Lomas, wood was used to achieve a more welcoming style that, according to him, reflects the changes in the room's function. "The kitchen was already undergoing transformation, and now this movement has become more pronounced. Today it is intended for socializing, for moments that will be immortalized. A place to be at peace” explains the architect. With a cleaner and more streamlined style, Cucina Essenziale , by Gabriel de Lucca for the CASACOR Window Challenge , also reflects transformations. The space was designed to be, in addition to a place for meals, a decontamination environment, something essential in today's world. The wooden panels take center stage on the off-white wall and the cozy atmosphere enhances the food preparation process.

The Ceramicist's Bathroom , by Marcelo Diniz and Mateus Finzetto for the CASACOR Window Challenge , has its own narrative. Its occupant is someone who discovered in the art of ceramics a way to externalize his emotions, feelings and anxieties, in the midst of the chaotic world. of social isolation. The Bathroom was the place chosen to house this new hobby and therefore gains the status of a living room, with decorative pieces and a garden. For the workbench and the covering of part of the side wall of the container, the professionals chose the Bologna panel, a unicolor pattern from the Conceito line , which brings light nuances of color, with a predominance of the terracotta tone. The tone dialogues with the ceramic, the focus of the entire environment and conveys the idea of returning to an ancestry, close to the earth and its essential minerals.

The diversity of styles in the Janelas CASACOR projects is impressive, and the coverings prove their versatility by fitting into the most aesthetically different spaces. At Estúdio RM2 , by Roberto Migotto and Rick Minelli, for example, the focus was on the strong look of natural wood. of the Inhotim panel, from the Essencial Wood line , for the ceiling and floor. In the Solarium , Helô Marques brings the rusticity of the Arenito pattern to create a personal and memorialistic atmosphere. On the other side of the spectrum is Brunete Fraccaroli’s living room, Simplicity . If you look at it from afar, you wouldn’t expect to find wood paneling in the cleanliness of this experimental space. However, both the ceiling and the floor are covered in a combination of patterns from the Cristallo high-gloss line. - Diamond White and Opal -, along with the Noce Mare pattern, from the Essencial line . The Opal panels are also present on the shelf that functions as a vertical garden .
