CASACOR São Paulo had an even more eventful day with the visit of actor Bruno Gagliasso and presenter Giovanna Ewbank. The couple came to see up close the Lite house, designed by architect

CASACOR São Paulo has a total area of 190 m² and was built in just 40 days. It will be transported to Gagliasso and Ewbank's summer home. "We will use 70% of Lite's structure, making a clean and sustainable project. On the land, the house will have an extended floor plan, adding two more bedrooms”, explains Duda Porto.

The Lite house demonstrates in practice a path to efficient and flexible construction, based on a system developed by the professional in 2013. Once planned, the nomadic structure can be dismantled, transported and rebuilt anywhere, without losing quality. “It is a a house to last a lifetime, ready to accompany the changes we experience over the years”, comments the architect.

Less excess and more essence
Sustainability goes beyond the structure. Minimal environmental impact also inspires maximum use of available materials and natural resources. Cross ventilation, for example, guided the design of spaces to provide a better quality of life while reducing the use of electrical energy. The idea is to integrate man, architecture and the surrounding space. “It is the union of simplicity and comfort, generating emotion, good energy and well-being. It is precisely the union of all this that brings harmony and soul to this construction”, concludes Duda.
