Casa de Areia is a true visual breath of fresh air at Janelas CASACOR SC

The neutral décor, in shades of raw, sand and off-white, indicates the vocation of this space by Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco : the coast, especially the paradisiacal Greek beaches, where sky and sea merge on the same horizon, forming a side to the soft white immensity of the sands. This is how the Sand House was created. In 36 m², the designer bet on the texture of natural materials, including on the wall, which received a special paint that refers to the touch of sand – hence, in fact, the origin of the name that gives the project its title. For Fernando, however, the name still carries another meaning. "I compare this year to a 'sandcastle', where we all had our plans changed and needed to readapt, always remembering the fragility of life", he says. Sheltered in Balneário Shopping , Casa de Areia is part of Janelas CASACOR Santa Catarina and can be visited until December 8th, when the exhibition ends.
