Screens: the trend that has everything at CASACOR SP 2017

The pieces that act decoratively and functionally were chosen by some professionals at the show to decorate their spaces.

Gone are the days when screens were only used to divide spaces, as a screen or windbreak. Today, the pieces have become decoration favorites and fill walls and lend their elegance to projects. Its materials range from wood and iron frames to printed fabrics, paper and even leather. "The screen is a wild piece that brings beauty to any environment", says Sandra Picciotto, who inserted the object in a corner of her Estar Refletido space, at CASACOR São Paulo 2017 . Mariana Crego Architect Mariana Crego opted for a more classic style, with a landscape print in a sepia tone, to decorate the back of the bed, at Casa Sustentável . Patricia Hagobian In the Friends' Lounge , in addition to decorating, the screen also acts to delimit the living spaces.
At Espaço Ornare , David Bastos used a model that also doubles as a shelf. In other words, the piece is three in one: it decorates, separates the environments and even supports books and vases.
