Located in São Paulo, the house designed by the Patricia Martinez Arquitetura office has as its starting point the functional use of space with a monochromatic base, highlighting the brightness and the integrated garden.

With a very casual proposal, the project has three base materials: oak, ash and caramel wood, present in leather and coverings. The highlight of the space is its brightness , all the rooms have a very pleasant entry of light.

On the ground floor, an important integration was created, bringing emphasis to the garden, which embraces the entire terrain and connects to the rest of the space with maximum opening spaces.

The result is a welcoming environment with a timeless aesthetic, very important for parents and their children. Behind the house, a complete gym space and home office were built, created by expanding a little-used side circulation area.

The master suite has monochromatic tones and despite its very contemporary aesthetic, it also has an oriental reference, with a low bed on a wooden base and a large rug. The two children's bedrooms follow the same language, with personalization in blue and green.
