Léo Shehtman returns for the 33rd edition of the show with a tribute to the Barberini Faun, a figure from Roman mythology with half-human, half-animal characteristics.
The
Casa do Fauno covers 144 m² and is decorated in elegant shades of black, grey and gold. The luxurious marble partition adds grandeur to the furniture, which combines well-defined vertical lines with small objects that go almost unnoticed, such as the miniature bed attached to the paintings on the golden wall. The harmony of the space is also achieved by combining industrial iron pieces with rough carpentry pieces and handcrafted objects. This way, the space is balanced, without losing its exuberant character. The entire space is filled with modern works of art, which refer to specific parts of the human body, such as eyes and arms. The lighting is also noteworthy, as it creates a strong shadow effect, intensifying the drama.
Upon entering the house, visitors are surprised by a wall that protects 18 meters of water mirror, which acts as a backdrop for all the rooms. In addition, the water mirrors provide natural lighting with graphic and patterned shadows on the graphite-toned porcelain floor. CASACOR SERVICE SAO PAULO 2019 WHEN? WHERE?
