Home Office: the environment that is here to stay! A practice that was previously not very popular in Brazil, has proven to be a good solution for the pandemic. Architect Romero Duarte brought the idea of the environment to his project at Janelas CASACOR, Pernambuco edition, showing that it is possible to resignify and have a sense of belonging in the home.
With a color palette leaning towards brown, the Home Office brings together a reading room, a meeting area and an office filled with contemporary references, Brazilian furniture, natural textures, art and allusions to the Jaqueira neighborhood.
The colorfulness of the space comes from the details, such as the hanging picture, the plant arrangements and the books. The arrangement of the furniture, separating the space into segments, helps to organize the space, making it less tiring for the user.
The idea behind Romero Duarte's project is to remind people that a home is not just any place. It is a place to call your own and fit in completely.
