An establishment that innovates in the way it presents its product, eliminates the barrier between the consumer and the dessert and makes the customer feel at home: this is the proposal of the architects who are new to the show. Inspired by Brazilian homes, the professionals opted for a more humanized and less formal service. With the change in the concept of “living/occupying” from last year, the trio seeks to return to the roots of the project.
